Mi name is Lucero Contreras, I'm 27. I'm Colombian and I'm living in Bogotá D.C. I'm bachelor degree, I love learning, and share experiences with my friends and my family.
I'm a lovely person, friendly, diligent, with a sense of belonging, responsible and organized. I like to plain activities, tasks and play time. I really enjoy doing activities that involve spending time with children of all ages.

After finishing school, I have had experience with children, carrying out: soccer championships together with the police station in the municipality where I lived, so that children and teen agers from 5 to 17 years old would use their free time. I worked together with the municipal library of Tibasosa as a workshop facilitator, this allowed me to work with children and adolescents of all ages, from 0 to 17 years old, carrying out literacy, crafts, art, music, games, recreational vacations... The activities were carried out in schools, kindergartens, schools, and the library. In addition to that, I have provided my service in church with children from 5 to 13 years old, with recreation and reading activities. I have shared my time with the children of my co-workers from 0 to 5 years old.
I am motivated to be an Au Pair to be part of a beautiful family, provide my support and experience in everything possible to the parents in the care of their children, with homework, extracurricular activities, recreation, household chores... Also to improve my language, get to know new places, and above all, to be able to form a great bond with my Au Pair family.
My native language is Spanish. My current level of English is A2, and I am still studying to improve it to have excellent communication with my new family. I am learning Italian, I am a beginner, I want to learn German and French, but I will start when I have a higher level of English. In addition to that, I would love to learn the native language of my Au Pair family.
My expectations with this wonderful experience are: Learn about the culture of other countries, their lifestyle, and gastronomy. I want to learn and improve my English level, as well as learn another language. I would love to know new places, new people, create friendships, take care of children with a culture different from mine, and learn from them to apply it in my country.
I love all animals, I enjoy traveling; I love the peace and calm of small towns, the fresh air of the countryside, the breeze, and the sea. I enjoying spending my free time with family and friends, baking cookies, and being in church serving and worshiping God
