Hi, my name is Camille and i'm a french girl. I plan to fly to an English-speaking country soon to improve my English. Being an au pair is the best way for me to put my skills to good use in your family, learn about your culture and meet new people !

My personnality :
I am an organized, pragmatic and people-oriented person. I am always ready to help others, to support them. My family and friends usually say that I am a funny, kind and open-minded person, to whom you can confide. I am also very curious, always want to learn new things and teach them to others.

My family :
My family is very close. I am an only child but I am very close to my cousins. For me, family is the most important thing. I think that being an only child has shaped my sociable and curious personality, the desire to learn from others.
My father is the manager of a transport company and my mother is the manager of a hair salon in Switzerland. I currently live in the city of Mulhouse, in Alsace, on the German and Swiss border.
I don't have a boyfriend.
My education :
I am currently in my first year of a Master of Science in Audit & Compliance at ICN Business School. I have already done several internships, including one in Luxembourg. I will repeat my experience in October 2022 by joining PwC Luxembourg. I also had some summer jobs including babysitting.
My experience in childcare :
I have always been in contact with children, either in my family or in my student jobs. I have seen two of my cousins grow up and have taken care of them since their birth. I have also done babysitting with 2 and 7 year olds. I know how to take care of children, entertain them and I enjoy it a lot. This summer in particular I had to look after a 12 year old girl and a 13 year old boy for a whole week. I helped them with their homework, organized games...
My language skills :
My mother tongue is French. I have a good level of English (B2), especially in comprehension and writing, but I realized that I had some gaps in my oral skills. That's why I would like to become an au pair in an English-speaking country, in total immersion. I learned English at school and therefore never had a long experience in English abroad. I only had the opportunity to speak English during my internship in Luxembourg and my travels. My business school classes are also in English.
Otherwise, I have a basic level in German: I can make and understand simple sentences.
My motivations :
I would like to be an au pair in the first place, in order to improve my English. Discovering the culture of my host family, being in contact with children and meeting new people are also my motivations. Moreover, this experience would allow me to travel and discover a country that I do not know yet.
