Dear future host family, my name is Cynthia and I am an ambitious, driven and highly organized individual, currently 24 years old and offering a deep passion for children and strong attention to safety.

I have worked as a kindergarten teacher as well as a helping hand for busy parents and their children in China for over two years, and my experience in childcare and household management has in many ways improved the day-to-day life of schools and families I have worked for. I am very confident that I will make a positive impact as part of your household as well. In my past experiences, I encountered a variety of children and family situations which shaped me into a quick thinking worker who is very flexible. These experiences also left me with glowing recommendations upon moving.
