My name is Sofia and am a 22 y/o, female,. I live in Greece and studied Information Science. I worked for 3 years as a sale assistant-manager for a well-known athletic company. Also,I worked as a nanny to families with kids of ages 2 to 8 years old. My first priority as a nanny is to taking care of the children I work with and to make a relationship of trust between us. As for me and my family, I am the oldest child of 3 and we are very close. I've always thoroughly enjoyed learning and caring for children and have always been a caretaker in some way because I come from a big family! Moreover, I have been cooking since a very young age for my siblings so I know how to navigate a kitchen very well! I also don't mind cleaning and love animals.

In my free time I feel most comfortable being with friends for a walk or day trips. I have traveled many places to learn other cultures, mainly in the UK and Scandinavian countries (Norway, Sweden). I also enjoy things such as modern dance, exercising and reading. I also do not drink and do not smoke.

I would enjoy a family who shares similar values. The reason I am pursuing a position as an au pair is I would like an experience working with children abroad in this capacity.
