Caring Au Pair from Germany (19) looking for a host family, starting April 2020 or later that year!

A little bit about myself: my full name is Johanna Victoria, but you can just call me Victoria. I'm 18 years of age (19 in March) and about to graduate from high school in March. My home is the beautiful Rhineland Palatinate in Germany.
My general interests are mostly creative things such as drawing, painting, photography and crafting. Other than that I love going out in nature, exploring my surroundings, going for a hike or climbing. When the weather is not as good as I'd prefer, I stay inside and either play video games, watch documentaries or play with my cat.
One of my other "loves" is my activity in a small political party, my task there is to manage their social media accounts. As you might have seen in my pictures, I am also part of a group that builds sceneries, buildings or whatever you can think of out of Lego pieces; All of our income is donated to charity.
I've had some experience in childcare over the past years. Since my mother is a primary school teacher, I did an internship for some weeks and was in charge of a first grade class during the morning and evening. I also helped out in a dacing group at this school before.
To earn some money beside school, I job as a tutoring teacher for some hours during the week. It's mostly primary school kids and older kids to the age of 13 that need help in various kinds of school subjects. Privately I sometimes take care of my godson who just turned 6 and started school last summer. I've been with him since he was born and love seeing him grow up!
In general I love to work with kids. It's always exciting to see their way of thinking and seeing them growing up and exploring the world. With their very own personality they bring joy into our sometimes kind of grey reality.
I would describe myself as very open-minded, loving, inquisitive and outgoing. I love spending my time with other people and making them happy - or at least smiling if I can. I'm basically up for anything and love learning new things!
I grew up in a small town in the woods with my parents, brother and a cat. We often go on trips and love to take longer holiday breaks in France or at the ocean in general.
In the future I'd love to go study something at university in a bigger city, preferably at Munich where my boyfriend lives. Still, I do not know what exactly I want to study, maybe something like architecture or environmental planning. Other than that I'd love to have a dog as a constant partner in life, but we will see what the future holds.

My motivation: After my now nearly 13 years of going to school (we have 13 school years in our part of Germany), I finally want to learn something new. Since I love travelling and discovering the world, being an Au Pair seemed to be the right idea! I'm able to stay longer in one place than when just travelling as a holiday and can see all the facets of the place I get to be in. There I can't just discover the new culture, but have the chance to be part of a family.
Especially the countries outside of Europe and their way of living have interested me for a long time. Asia, in particular Japan, doesn't only have a very intriguing culture, but also very beautiful spots and nature. It's definitely going to be an experience and adventure of a lifetime, where I hopefully can make a family very happy and find friends for life!
