23 year old recent grad Meredith looking for a family with 1-3 kids starting in February

My name is Meredith, but my friends call me Mer. I'm a 23 year old recent graduate who grew up in a rural/suburban area of Maryland, but have plenty of experience living in urban, European areas. I lived in the Netherlands for a year and Belgium for 6 months as a missionary and am fluent in Dutch. I have over 4 years of experience caring for and teaching children ages 4-6 and I often care for my infant niece. I'm patient and attentive, and tend to be great with quieter, shyer children in making them feel comfortable and paid attention to. I do love active kids as well, but I may not be the best choice if you have many rambunctious kids. I feel generally comfortable with children aged 2-18 and have no problem looking after older kids or even teens, preferably 1-3 kids in total.
I'm looking to stay with your family from 3-12 months. I would love to be incorporated and involved with your family to the extent that you're comfortable with, but also really value my independence. I'm hoping to have weekends free to travel and attend church. I'm happy to do some light housework and cooking as it pertains to the care of the kids, but would prefer to focus on them.
