Hello dear Host Family,
My name is Patricia and I'm 24 years old. I was born in Rio de Janeiro in May 1995, but in 2005 my family and I moved to Sao Paulo, where I live today.
As a child I always had easy time to make new friends. I like meeting new people and dealing with their differences. It's amazing to think that each one has their own story and I'm part of it. I have always loved children, I was a ballerina until I was 13 years old, and I was always very easy to make friends. I believe that being able to meet new people and being connected to my family will help me a lot during the Au Pair program.
I have four brothers and one sister, all older than me. two of them are married and have children. I'm a passionate aunt, and I love it! Playing with my nephews, preparing recipes and spending hours having fun with them is very good. I currently live with my mother and brothers in a beautiful and cheerful home. We are both very friendly and busy, we love to go for a walk, my mother helps me and supports me at any time. My mother is very happy with my decision to be an Au Pair.
I like to do many things, I am very eclectic and I don't like to be idle for a long time. My favorite hobbies include listening to music, having a good coffee with friends, reading books, watching shows and movies, traveling, surfing the internet, and going out dancing with my friends. I have a small home made cake store, so I love inventing new recipes! the store is very good for me because it makes me learn more every day and meet many customers who love my recipes,
I will leave my mother managing everything, for me to do the Au Pair program. I intend to do some cooking course while I'm there. When I get back to Brazil, my priority will be to make my store grow, and improve a lot, with a lot of amazing luggage experiences, and a lot more mature,
I worked for 7 years in a kindergarten, and Every day I dealt with children and adults, taking care, supervising, playing educational games and showing them many new things.
About my future, I'm sure I want to do this Au Pair program to meet a new family, make friends with children and teach them new things every day. Growing up with your children will be very enjoyable, helping them with their duties and seeing them become better people every day will make me very happy. I like to bring good things to people and with my host family will be no different. I also want to know new places, cultures and have amazing experiences in another country. I have never traveled so far and I know this will add a lot to my life experience.
I would like to thank the family who will choose me. I am dedicating myself in every way to this program and improving my English daily. I will do my best and I will be very happy, trust me!
