Why do I want to be an Au Pair?
During high school, I went to Canada to an exchange program to improve my English skills. I lived there for 2 months, where I learned to live by myself and I could deal with different people and habits. I think this experience contributed to my personal growth and now I feel even more prepared to live in another country, which is why I decided to become an Au Pair because I'm a trustful person with a lot of experience with all aged children. Dear host family,
My name is Lívia and I am from a city in the interior of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I live with my mom Patricia, my brother Luis and my dog Amora. I describe myself as a very open-minded person, creative, responsible and extroverted, my family and friends say I am very funny.
I am very energetic and during the day, I like to go to the park to read a book, ride a bike or listen to music. I also like to watch some tv shows and movies and of course spending time with my family is important as well. I love cooking and it is definitely one of my favorite things to do and since I am vegetarian I like to read cooking books, despites being vegetarian, I have no problem if my family eats meat or any kind of food so I hope that's not an issue for you.
I love languages and currently besides my native language Portuguese, I speak English, Spanish and I would love to learn French or German. I think I can make friends very easily with new people and that will help me to connect with you, my future host family and will help me a lot during the Au Pair program. In addition to that, I have a first aid training in case of emergency due to my flight attendant course, which I think is something positive
