Dear Host Family,
My name is Fitria, I am a 25 years old woman who live, born and raised in Indonesia. I am a bachelor of Informatics Engineering, I love kids, love adventures, still thirsty for knowledge and life experience.
I am hard worker, cheerful, laid back, humble and willing to learn new things, I am also a family oriented person. I live my life straight and honest, I never smoke, drink, drugs, and don't do night activity (such as clubbing), I prefer to watch movies and eat together with family at home. I love outdoor activity like travelling, hiking, swimming and farming. My hobbies are dancing, singing, reading, hand crafting and cooking (I would very happy to learn and cook new dishes! :D).
I have experience as an English tutor for kids when I was a student.
I love kids! I usually play with my cousin and nephew, because my grandma has 8 grandchild. And I learn how to taking care of children, bathing, feeding, changing diapers, putting clothes, etc by the time. It's been more than 15 years, it started when my brother born and I always help my mom to taking care of him. House chores are unseparated from my daily life, I used to help my mom to cook in the kitchen, dishwashing, laundering, ironing clothes, vacuuming and many more.
I speak English well, have basic Korean, in the middle of learning German and would really love to learn other languages as well (Dutch, French, Italian, etc). I currently learn German by self-taught and expecting to get A1/A2 certificate on August.
What you can expect from me:
- Help your children do their homework
- Play with them, involve creative activities such as hand crafting, paper arts, DIY, etc.
- Teach them new things and language (English or my tongue language)
- Wake them up in the morning, dress up, prepare to go to school, pick them up after school
- Do outdoor activities
- Help the house chores (tidying, vacuuming, folding and ironing children's clothes, etc)
- Help in the kitchen, cook simple meal and I would really love to learn how to cook European food!
- Run errands such as shopping groceries
- Take care pets (except dog)
I am flexible to any tasks, every things are open for discussion.
My expectation :
- Family treat me like their own daughter or relatives
- I am allowed to spend my free time
- I am allowed to attend language course
- Share good memories with the family
