Au pair from the US named Emma, 18, looking for a nice family from France or Belgium. Can begin June 2020!

I come from the northern United States, which means I love to do activities from every season. In the winter, my family and I go up to the mountains and ski almost every weekend. We also enjoy sledding and tubing. In the spring we like to hike a nearby hiking trail, enjoying the warm sun and the beautiful view. In the summer we enjoy boating and swimming at the pool, lake, beach, you name it!
My family is the most important thing to me. We are all very close and love spending time together. In fact, it was my mom who got me interested in childcare ever since she signed me up to babysit for our neighbors. After that, I started taking a Parenting and Child Development course at my high school, where I learned to nurture and care for developing children. I got a lot of hands-on experience by teaching fifteen 3-6 years olds in our preschool simulator. It is hard work, but children always find a way to make it fun!
I have loved painting and drawing since I was a little kid. I have been taking art classes for years, and have won local art shows. I would love to share my creativity with your family, especially if their are any little artists around! As I said previously, I love hiking, skiing and swimming. I enjoy getting outside whenever I can. I also enjoy music and can play the guitar !
I have only left the US two times in my life, but I have never been to Europe. (I have been to Canada and Mexico).
