I am very energetic and i love long distance running (marathons). That makes me feel free, happy and healthy.
I like yoga and meditation. That makes me control my mind better and train myself to have balance.
I am nurse. I have studied in Athens.
I work as a career in England the last one year.i have taken care of kids three years
I am volunteer in three different organizations. One with kids (3 years), one with refugees (3 years) and one with emergency and first aids (3,5 years). I am rescuer and I have done 15 months of training about first aid.
I really like be volunteer because that makes me more wealthy. Offering to the others, without expect something back, to the people who really need you is the best gift that you can give to the others and to yourself. For me this is love! Offering and caring.
Also, I really like to be with kids and spend time with them. They make me feel kid as well and very happy. It's really fan. For sure there are difficult moments but I feel that it's really worth. An other thing that I like with kids is that they can teach you many things. For example, for me the most important is teaching you being in present moment. They never think and worry about past and future. This is something that, as adults we usually do, so being with these amazing small humans I feel that i have the chance to learn such things that are very important for my life.
