Enthusiastic Aussie hoping for an accepting kind family to introduce her to a new culture

Dear Family,
G'day, my name is Grace, I am an enthusiastic and friendly Aussie who is keen to experience living all over the world and there is no better way to get a full understanding of your countries culture than by becoming part of a family.

My time as an Aupair in Germany was rewarding in so many ways, I came to think of a tiny town in the country as my second home and my host family as my true family from the other side of the world, something I was not expecting when I originally arrived in what seemed like such a foreign place. Now after a year back in Australia I am excited to embark on the next adventure.

I am full of energy and I like nothing more than to join in imaginative and educational games with children, rather than just supervise. I aspire to be a teacher and I am broadening my experience through aupairing. My last family in Germany spoke very little English and we spent the first few months miming to each other whilst I taught them English and by the time I left after 9 months even the 3 year old was able to communicate in English.

I would love to come and join your family for a few months, I will try to join in as many family activities as possible so as to get a real understanding and a positive experience from my time with you.
