I love to travel and meet new people. I think in order to really understand a new culture you need immerse yourself into a place for a period of time. I recently spent three months in Japan in Okinawa with my grandparents and loved learning more about the Okinawan culture while helping my grandparents keep the house and run errands. I really enjoy helping people of all ages and have spent 1 summer volunteering at the YMCA and I've spent many hours babysitting. I have completed first aid training through the red cross and would be willing to CPR certified. I love organizing and can do light laundry and some cleaning if needed. I would not mind taking a language class but it is not required.
