Hiya,
My name is Izabel, I'm 24 years old and Luso-Brazilian. I stopped studying after secondary school but I want to go back to school in the future, just need to reorganise myself. I plan on working with Journalism, so possibly a radio or a music magazine. Right now I need a change of scenario and to try living in other countries, so I thought that AuPair would be a good opportunity to learn a new culture and new skills, while also making so money, especially since I love working with kids.
I currently live in Portugal with my father and older brother, but I used to live in Brazil when I was a child. I've lived in Spain and Germany as well for a little while too, because of my parent's jobs, and my mother still lives in Germany, so I often visit her there and also some of my friends. I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures, but I also spend a lot of time in London, visiting some friends, as I love the cultural atmosphere there and how there's always a good art exhibition or theatre play to visit.
I've worked with children before, as I usually do some volunteer works at daycares or babysitting jobs. I used to babysit more when I was younger but now it's very occasional, as I normally have a fulltime job.
