A little about myself: I grew up on a farm and spent a lot of my life outdoors. I have a lot (years) of experience with children, I grew up watching after kids in my rural community. I'm a health conscious person and experienced cook. I do practice a spiritual system of ethics which essentially amounts to practicing happiness and trying to share what I can, although it goes much deeper and includes meditation, yoga, etc. I respect other people's views and can work within the parameters of any family's system of belief (or lack thereof). I've read the Bible, Qu'ran, Tao te Ching, the Republic of Plato and many other religious and philosophical works. I love to read, and write. I love new languages, cultures, and people!
