Alice, a university student who wants to go abroad for a few months (during study), looking to join a lovely host family and immerse myself in a new European culture

I am studying Naturopathy in Brisbane, Australia, but I wish to spend time in a European country living with a host family to learn new things and increase my understanding of other cultures.
I am passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle, and I love waking up early in the morning to start doing as many things as I can in each day.
I love looking after kids, playing games with them, and teaching them new things as well as listening to their creative voices and thoughts.
If my host family is in Germany then I would love to learn the language further (I already have the basics).
It would be my dream to have work in a host family instead of an ordinary business/company because I would really love to connect with family and gain a deeper understanding of the country that I visit.
