Au pair couple from Argentina (Rubén and Catalina) art teachers (music and dance) looking for 1-3 months job on 2019
Dear Family,
We are a couple, Catalina (24) and Rubén (34).
Catalina is a ballet and contemporary dancer and teacher.
Rubén is a musician, he plays guitar and violin and he is teaching too.
We have a lot of experience taking care of kids and teaching (Catalina has been an Au Pair already in The Netherlands during one year).
We love travelling, discovering new cultures and to meet new people.
We are spreading our love for art around the world !
We will be travelling around Europe on 2019 teaching dance, music and making performances and we thought that an aupairing experience together could bring us a nice time with a host family that could enjoy the exchange of cultures and knowledge.
Please feel free to talk to us and make questions ! We are really open minded and can think about every proposal. We are also thinking about teaching music, dance or pilates to the adults on the family if they want :)
We are living together since a year ago with our cat Ofelia, so distributing housework is not a problem for us. We have also traveled together for a month in Ecuador and Colombia sharing with many people, teaching dance and music and giving presentations, one of the most beautiful experiences we had together .

Catalina:
On 2011 I started working in a 5 stars hotel as a dancer in the musical shows for kids, and also as a nanny and in the recreational area this work was till 2013. During 2013 I was the nanny of a baby boy in Mar del Plata. In March of the year 2014 I started working as an Au Pair in The Netherlands (I looked after the 3 daughters of the family of 4 and 2 years old and the youngest one from her birth to 10 months). When I came back to Argentina I started my studies as a ballet and contemporary dance teacher (I started studying ballet when I was 3 years old), wich I am finishing in Dicember 2018. During 2016 I had work teaching dance to a 86 years old lady at her home. Nowadays I teach dance in two geriatrics. On July 2018 I had been invited to talk at the II Encounter of Art and Education for my solidary project to teach ballet in peripheral neighborhoods.
Rubén:
After 16 years studying in formal institutions in Mar del Plata guitar and violin he started teaching on 2012 to kids from 5 years old to adults in Instituto Susana Mercorillo (where he is still working) and Musimix where he was also teaching musical language. In 2014 he starts teaching at IMMC where (beyond guitar and violin) he was also teaching repertoire. On 2015 he was called to teach at the Kids Orchestra where he taught in peripheral neighborhoods and in situations of risk, he is still working on this project travelling to a nearby city every monday.. He has participate in many festivals around Latin America organizing educational and artistic activities for kids and also in solidarity projects and has also play kids music accompanying projects of other musicians.
Share art enrich our lifes and make us happy. Teach music and dance to kids give them the opportunity to know other means of expression and we think that´s what the world needs to be a better place! To understand another culture and to know how to express him/herself gives any kid (any person) the tools to be tolerant and supportive. That's why we thought aupairing together can be intresting, and if it is a family reading this and thinking like us, we would love to meet you soon!
We have had many jobs and different experiences, we can assure you that we are both responsible for our jobs (we have references if you need them), that we love our professions and that we do it with joy. Also we are very flexible on our possible duties in your house, please don't doubt to write us if you have questions.
We hope to have one or more experiences aupairing, we prefer not longer than three months so we can keep on travelling and also the family and us can save the privacy.
After this experience we will keep on dancing, playing music, teaching and travelling for sure !
