My name is Sofia. I am 19 years old girl from Turku, Finland. RIght now I study at high school and my school will end in October and after that my plan is to take agap year and after that I will apply to university.
My main reason for me at being an aupair is to learn more english, know new cultures and to have a great experience. I love kids and like to take care of them. I am responsible and faithful. I am also very active and have much energy and like to do all kinds of things all day.

My favorite things to do are cooking, being active and spending time with my friends/family. I am very active and love all kinds of sports and being outside very much. My family and friends descripe me that I`m loyal, hard-working, active, postive and determined.
I have many relatives that are kids that I have taken care of. I have also one intership in local day care center. It was very nice experience and I felt that me being with the kids was very natural. And I feel like I come along very good with kids and they like me.
In my family I have: mom, dad and big sister. I like spending time with my family and we have travelled a lot and I think it had learned me much about new cultures.
I hope that my host family would be active too and like to do all kinds of thigs .In my family I like to make food often. In fact I like to make good and tasty food. I also do the basic household work for example take the rubish, fill the dishwasher, do the dishes, wash clothes and clean my own room and all the other things.
I think that I have much to give to my host family. You can really rely on me, know that I will do my job and take care of the duties you give to me, I will do my au pair work at the family every day and hope to be a part of the family. I also hope that I can teach something from my culture to my host family.
I think being an aupair would be a great thing to be and it is something that I am dream of right now at this part of my life.
