My name is Sydney, I'm an Au Pair/Nanny from The United States of America looking for a job with a nice family starting March 2019

Dear Family,

My name is sydney. I am currently attending Rowan College at Gloucester county in south Jersey for criminal justice where i maintain a 3.9 (out of 4.0) GPA and am on Presidents list for academic excellence. I've always been interested in the Law/Criminal justice field and knowing I could save a life or be a hero to someone in need is something i always wanted to do, so that's how i became interested in the field. I decided to take time off from that major to possibly start a medical assistant program just to maintain being well rounded. Education is very important to me and instead of receiving one degree i decided to use my money wisely and become certified and licensed in multiple areas/fields.

I am mature, responsible, and respectful and was raised with a good head on my shoulders. i am ‘book-smart' as well as ‘street-smart' and i Absolutely LOVE to learn. I will treat your children as if they were my own with my warm and nurturing character.

I'm a very loving person and have a huge heart for everyone. I grew up with both my father and mother, I have 4 sisters and 1 brother. my two younger sisters are 19, and 12 and my two older sisters are 25, and 34. my brother is 33. So yes! i have a lot of nephews and nieces that I see and babysit on a weekly basis that's ABSOLUTELY ADORE. I being around my family and spending time with my parents or my sisters.

I also have work experience professionally. I was a teacher assistant when I was 17 years old and worked with children ages 4-12 at elementary schools. My role was to work along side the Lead teacher and create lesson plans, teach those lessons to the children, and i also worked with ESL (English as a second language) Students. :)

I absolutely loved working with the children because I found it to be extremely rewarding. Being able to be part of the reason why a child is now more comfortable speaking in english and making friends, or being able to be apart of the academic , interpersonal, and intellectual growth of a child is extremely important, as well as humbling. Realizing how big of an impact you can have on a child makes all the difference and really opens your eyes to just how important you can be to a child or person.

I would really love to form a bond with your family and have a cultural exchange that we would both remember for a lifetime.

Warmly,
Sydney
