Student in the US from Malaysia, 22, looking to be an au pair, starting from February 2018

Hello! I am Azeem, a student in the US from Malaysia and I am interested in being an au pair in France; I love spending time with children and I love French, Italian and Spanish languages (I am currently in basic French level A1.1) and love learning about new cultures! I have been studying in the US for 1 year and a half at the University of Maryland and I am now on a gap year, so I am looking for things to do and decided that an au pair might be the perfect pastime for me! I would love to come to a new country to learn more about the culture and the language, and I am also looking forward to making new friends and possibly new siblings! I have quite the experience of taking care of children, and it has made me love children! I have been spending a lot of time with my neighbors' three young children, ages 3 to 6. As they are not yet in school and I am always at home on a study break, they always look forward to spending time with me during the day and I do too! I sometimes teach them basic school knowledge and basic English, to help them prepare for school in the future. I also sometimes take care of little children of my close relatives, like my cousins and their children. My interests and passion include playing the piano and painting. I love art and music as I love being creative and inspired. I am a loving person and always love the idea of playing and spending time with children, as I believe they can bring positive vibes and joy to your life. I am also a positive person and always try to think and be positive in everything I do and with everyone I meet. I am ready to learn new culture and language, and make new lifetime friends. I will try to immerse myself in the environment that I will be in, and adapt well with the family and the children that I will be an au pair for!
