Sweet and responsible Au pair
Im Mary Jade Carbolido 23 years old, I graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Iloilo State College of Fisheries. We are 7 in the family, I have three sister and 1 brother. Im a happy go lucky person but you can count on me on giving responsibilities. I make sure that everything I do I make it with passion. Im very flexible person who is willing to take extra mile to help out others. And I value my family above others, and i always make sure that I find time to bond with them despite of pressure in studies. I normally spend my weekend with my nephews and niece at home, I was the one in charge to took care of them, coz Im really fond of kids. I was amaze with their innocence and cuteness.
I´m currently working as Aupair in Aarhus, Denmark and my contract will end on June, 2018. I´m looking forward to have more experience before I go back my own country and pursue my masterial studies. It would be a great honor and opportunity for me to experience and learn another culture and language. I enjoyed my stay here in Denmark with my host family. And my current host family is willing to give recommendation or have a small talk if ever it is needed.
I took up Bachelor Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management because I want to meet people from different places with different personalities and perspective in life. And I was glad I was exposed to that during my college days. I spend half my school days as OJT at the hotel and restaurants. And I do learn a lot of things, such as when I was assign in housekeeping so I learn how to make up beds and make sure that everything inside the room is all set and ready for the next guest and one thing that I keep in mind that came from one of my supervisors is that "Dust have no place inside the hotel". So it does apply also to all places or to our everyday lives, cleanliness could help us ease stressed. I also enjoy my experience in restaurants or in the kitchen of hotels. And one of my favorite class during my schools days was my culinary subject. I really enjoy the experience of cooking cuisines from over 250 countries. Its cooking it with a heart and serving it with a smile. It was fun and informative experience. I was one of those students who got the highest grade because I really love what Im doing. And I do believe that whatever it is as long as you believe in yourself and you enjoy you could do it.
And the main reason why i would like to apply is to help out my family. And I would like to share my learning and experience to give a hand to other who needs it. I´m opened minded and willing to be trained and accept new challenges. And i would like to save also for a promised of a good future. I'll gonna give my best for your satisfaction.
