Hello. We are a quad national family - Irish Italian American Filipino - originally from Hong Kong, who moved to the suburbs of Madrid in September of ‘22 after 2 years in Malta. We plan to stay here for 10 years until our kids finish school. I work from home and online. Our kids go to a private British school in La Moraleja and then attend swim training in Madrid center from 6-8 PM every evening. We also have 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Pomeranian.
We are building a house at the moment in the center of Las Rozas village but it's not expected to be ready to move in until early next year, so for the time being we are staying in an AirBnB house a little outside of Las Rozas.

In the temporary AirBnB where we are staying until early next year, you'd have your own bedroom, about 4x4m with your own bed and own closet and a shared bathroom off of the hallway. In the new house we are building you'd have a either a smaller ground floor room of about 2.5x3.5m or a larger room on the 3rd floor of about 3.3x3.6. The house will be quite large with 7 bedrooms.
The main things we need are someone to help with the overall parenting duties so we can spend some more time working and relaxing and not always driving or running errands or cooking or cleaning.
I'd like someone who could drive the children to school each morning. It's about 35 minutes from our current temporary AirBnB, up to an hour with traffic caused by accidents or bad weather, and will be about 25 minutes from the new house we are building. And the nanny should possibly stop off at the store to get small items like milk or bread or petrol for the car. At home he or she can mostly relax all day, cooking and cleaning for herself, and helping my wife and sharing the duties of cleaning the house and/or laundry. And then in the afternoons/evenings, she can relax most of the time and then prepare dinner in advance of our return home around 830 in the evening. Weekends would be quite flexible and usually not require much, but as a member of our household the nanny can eat at home with us and go to dinner with us (if we at at home, help to prepare and clean up) and travel away with us, as we usually would get a house sitter, or stay home and keep an eye on the dogs and out out food and water for them.
