We are looking for a part-time nanny/housekeeper with experience in childcare and enthusiasm for development play and activities for a 3.5 year old boy. After school care is the main priority.
Starting immediately (Jan/Feb 2022)
We are a calm and happy household and need help with everything from childcare in the day, occasional evening babysitting, cooking meals, keeping the house tidy and shopping and errands.

Childcare experience is required, childcare education preferred. references required.
Must speak English.

I am British/Canadian and my husband is Argentinian/Canadian. We are very international having lived in many countries and we speak English at home and English and Spanish with our son. We have a calm and relaxed home where we enjoy music and breakfast in the morning, and a good meal altogether in the evening. Keeping our home in good order and clean is important to us in order to enjoy the little time we have together outside of work. Which is why we are looking for someone that can take on both childcare and care for the house. Cooking skills is a definite asset and it will be required,
Our son is very happy and energetic and needs the freedom to explore and learn new things daily. He loves to be outdoors and is adventurous . At such a young age of 1.5years we need someone who is experienced with toddlers and who loves the outdoors and has energy and enthusiasm for a young boy. Nutrition and development is extremely important to me for my son, so I would consider highly someone that is creative and enthusiastic for play and patient and caring in nature. Sleeping routines, eating and playtime make up the day + a lot of food preparation and cleanup. We have local playgroups and classes that are available and we incorporate them into the weekly routine so this is something that can be continued with a nanny/au pair.
We are looking for someone that is kind and caring with our son, happy in general to keep a good mood in the house and open to taking on the keeping of the house and responsibility of meals for the whole family. We occasionally visit our summer home in France and would need the same help there in the summer.
English is a must for communication between us, but I am open to another native language with my son. Spanish is an asset.
