Nanny/au pair needed for a relaxed fun family with 3 girls and a cat, to help us in achieving a good work life balance with a happy household. All the girls have their own personalities and are very well mannered. We are looking for someone who has a kind gentle approach and who has a great imagination and positive energy.

We are looking for someone with a kind heart who has compassion, patience and a good childlike imagination. It is important in our view to keep children as children for as long as possible. Routine is important in terms of dinner, homework from school and bedtimes etc but outside of that it all depends on what the weather is doing before we decide on the activities for the day. We do expect some help around the house in relation to the children (their rooms, clothes, pack lunches and shopping) but we don't expect that for our space. Whomever joins our family to help becomes part of our family, it is important that the children feel secure with their nanny/au pair as mummy goes to work in the mornings. The older two are at school during the day so the primary care is for the 3yr old. However on term time you will have responsibility for all three. We live 3 minutes walk from the beach and are surrounded by countryside.
