American Husband and Colombian Wife looking for Au Pair to help with new baby!

We are looking for a spanish speaking au pair from Latin America as my wife is from Cali, Colombia. We live here in Texas together with our two month old daughter. She is our little angel and we would love to get some help taking care of her and managing household duties.
