Looking for AuPair to take care of our 2 really nice children. Not looking for a cleaning lady but for a big sister, real 5th member of our family

My wife and I are looking for an auPair to help take care of our children in the evening (from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and sometimes 9:00PM) when I am travelling (max 2 weeks a month) and also once a month for a full night or small week-end.
AuPair will have minimum one full week of vacation every month; she will be considered as part of our family; we are not looking for a slave :-D

No need to take care of the children everyday so the auPair will have time to visit and enjoy the city and surroundings (we live in a city close to the tramway; no need for car).
She will have the opportunity to come with us if she wants when we go to our villa close to the mountains or in our family for a week-end.

Only native English speaking auPair as we want our children to learn English. If not speaking French it is no a problem my wife and I speak English.
