We're a family with 3 kids: 6yo girl and twin 2yo boys (nearly 3). We're about to be 2 working parents, including a shift-working nurse. We're in Tropical Darwin, our house has a pool and a 2 bedroom self contained granny flat for an au pair to live in.

Our family is Alex (finance/accountant), Danika (Nurse), Niamh (6, year 1), Tighe (2, at home) & Elliott. Alex leaves at 7 each morning, back at 5:30, Monday to Friday. Danika is just starting back as a nurse, so shift work.

We'd love help in the mornings that Danika's working, getting Niamh off to school (just a short walk away), then looking after the boys. We wouldn't expect much babysitting would be required. We'd have a car available to take the kids around for activities (play group, outings, Niamh's weekly ballet. Depending on the week, a little help with meals and tidying/cleaning would also be expected.

The 2 bedroom granny flat will give an au pair a bit of their own space, and option to cook for themselves if that suited.
