Hello, we are a British / French family of architects and designers living in Provence looking for a live in nanny / educator to help us with our children. We have created a home school for our 3 year old son in a beautiful setting at our house in the countryside using montessori tools and educational toys and are looking for someone to teach and play with him. It is not essential that the applicant have formal teacher training, but an interest in nature, the montessori method, leaning through play and being positive and fun important !

We are a young British/ French family who have decided to live in the stunning french countryside in Provence. We live in a beautifully restored farmhouse surrounded by nature, a river at the bottom of the garden, lavender fields and vines. Our children are aged 12 (boy - Apollinaire) , 9 (girl - Capucine) and 3 (boy - Balthazar) . Our eldest is at boarding school in England and returns for the holidays. Our 9 year old girl attends the local primary school and our youngest boy aged 3 is homeschooled. We would like a nanny / aupair to be interested in nature, the outdoors and in educating our 3 year oldson monday to friday from 830 till 430pm using all the toys, games and learning tools we have set up in an annexe at our house which acts just like a school. Above the home school is a self contained apartment with ensuite shower room, kitchen, double bedroom and living area. This will be the accommodation we will provide so everyone has their independence and privacy. The chosen nanny / aupair will also have access to a car to use for evenings and weekends. We do not require much babysitting in the evenings, but occasionally when the parents travel we will require help with the two children for all activities and requirements whilst the parents are away. This is rare and will only be for a few days at a time.
