Au Pair needed primarily to drive my 23 year old son with epilepsy to work , run errands and a bit of housework

HELLO! We have 4 grown children and a grandchild that all live in town but only our son is still at home. He is 23 but because of his epilepsy can't live alone or drive. I work as an engineer full time and travel some for work. Our daughters are 29, 27 and 25 and my granddaughter is 17 months and all live in town and visit often. My husband has Parkinson's disease so is home during the day and doesn't drive. We are looking for help driving my son to and from work and taking my husband on errands( grocery shopping, doctor appointment etc) and some help around the house or to hang out with Tristan. We live a couple of miles from the beach in a beautiful area.
