looking for au pair for 12-24 months. we have 4 kids. 8months twins, 4 yo boy and 6 yo girl

Typical schedule will be M-F 8am to 5pm. During that time main tasks will be related to taking care of twins and 4 y.o. boy. The oldest child is typically at school from 9am to 4pm, and will be home during off school days or summer break.
We are looking for a person who will fit into our values, who is energetic, positive and proactive.
