Fun, energetic nanny needed for two boys. They have lots of energy and need a big sister!
We are looking for someone who wants to join our family and help with our two boys. The job will be challenging and the boys will test you. They have a TON of energy and need someone who can keep up with them. We need someone who enjoys the cold as we still need the boys to get out in the winter. Both boys are home schooled and we need someone who is willing to help with their school. Normal duties include helping with the boys in dressing, feeding, playing, laundry, helping them clean up their messes, taking them around the city to the library, park, etc. We also need help with cooking and basic household cleaning. We need someone who will care about the kids and our family. We do not want hired help.
There will also be one date night a week we will need child watch.
When not helping directly with kids we will need help with the laundry, cooking and cleaning. That will take up some more of your day. We eat around 6:30 PM. (Don't worry, we are not hard to cook for). Dishes after dinner will also be your responsibility.
The hours will vary each week and there may be one or two times during the year that you are with the kids overnight for a few days.
What can we offer you?
I want whoever comes to stay with us know that we appreciate you and do mot mind paying you at all. With that being said, we do not want a nanny who is doing it for the money. We are looking for someone who loves kids and enjoys spending their time with them.
We offer you your own room, towels, pillows, bedding, food, internet, and a cell if needed. You will not have any expenses while here for room or board. Just what you want to spend on yourself. We have two cars and you are welcome to use one if needed.
We reimburse the travel to get here in your weekly pay throughout the first few months you are here. If you have your own car we can discuss covering your auto insurance as well.
Most holidays you will have off and they are paid. If you stay for 8 months, we give 1 week of paid vacation. At 12 months you will get another. After 18 months you will have 2 weeks of vacation paid a year. This does not include the vacations you take with us. We cover any expense for the vacations we take except your personal items you want to buy.
Also, after 6 months we offer 1 week (40 hours) of sick leave per year.
We are flexible and are more than willing to work with a nanny when something comes up.
