We are an Italian & American family looking for an au pair. We are looking for someone from Italy to help the girls maintain their Italian language. They were both born in San Donato Milanese and we moved to the US about 5 years ago.

We think this could be an ideal solution for a young woman who wants to live a little bit in the US, with a limited daily commitment and the possibility to follow a course (in English or something else) given that the days are free.

We are a busy but easygoing family. We've had au pairs for several so know how it is to live with someone new. We are international and try to go back to Italy every year, too. We live in a medium-sized city, nearly a million residents. We have a pool in our backyard, really nice neighbors and a car for the au pair.

We are looking for someone who actively likes children - we have found that everybody is happier if you are looking to make education or childcare your "real job" one day.
