Hi everyone!

We are looking for a nanny/Au Pair to start with us on March 21st. We have twin 4 year old girls who love being physically active, crafting, playing etc. We are a young professional couple and like to think we're pretty cool! ??

Some key points:
-Working hours:
April 1- September 1: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am to 530pm; Wednesday :7am to noon. Total hours per week: 36-40
September 1 and on : 24-30hrs per week . This will be a split shift arrangement as the Girls will be enrolled in pre-school so your day would start at 7AM, drop them off at school 9AM, pick them up at 1PM and stay with them until we arrive (530PM). 8hrs per day for 3 days a week.
-We do everything "above the table" so only applicants meeting those requirements will be considered.
-We would love a Spanish speaking person but this is not a must.
-We live in Coquitlam BC, across the street from a bus stop.
-Our house is nice and spacious so if you are a live in you would have your own room, bathroom and living area (it's pretty much a full on basement suite).
-duties:
• take care of the girls,
• keep them busy in a productive manner
• cook for the girls (healthy meals a must)
• do the girls laundry
• keep their bedroom and play room neat and tidy
• Other duties:
o light housekeeping
o common laundry (ie. Bathroom towels and kitchen towels)
o some meal prep (ie. Cutting vegetables etc)

Pay:
• $10.85/hr less $325/month room and board (incl.cable, wifi, food, private room and shared bathroom) if you are a live in.
• $13/hr if you are a live out.
