We need help leaving (8am) and picking up (3pm) the 5 year old and help the older kids with homework and start preparing dinner until we parents come home (6pm).

We are a swedish family that have been living abroad. Both parents have very demanding jobs (doctors) and the kids are attending international schools with a lot of homework and assignments. We usually speak english at home. We can consider live-in but our needs are in the morning and afternoon only.
