Nanny / au pair needed by a family of 5. 1, 11 yo, girl and 3 teenage girls. Care is for 11yo. Also a small Boston terrier. Be a positive female example to these young ladies. Engage their minds and bring joy into the home.

I am a business executive who is raising 4 daughters on my own. My oldest is getting ready for her first year of college here locally. The middle 2 are in the middle of their high school years and the 4th is entering the 6th grade. We live in a beautiful area we all love but we do not have any family around us. This is a problem since I typically take at least 1 business trip per month and will work long hours a couple times a week. The primary focus of care is for the 11 yo and for the others it is really just an adult being present. The girls need the consistency in their daily lives and I need help providing that to them. We want to consider a live in arrangement as we do have a spare bedroom and bathroom.
