Au Pair needed for our English and Mandarin/Taiwanese speaking family. Mom is from Taiwan and Dad is from USA. Our two children are learning to speak English and Mandarin. Our girl Ravyn is 2 and 1/2 and our boy Porter is 1. They are both very smart children and love learning and playing. We live in a beautiful town in Alaska where wildlife and adventure is right outside our home. We are a family of four. Mom is Chingwen, originally from Taiwan. Dad is Darren who is from USA. Our children were born in Alaska, USA. Ravyn, our daughter, is the oldest child at 2 1/2 years old. Porter, our son, is just over 1 year old. Both children are very smart and are learning faster than we can teach new things.
We are looking for an Au Pair who will treat our children as they would their own. We are interested in someone who is loyal, honest, happy, smart, adventurous, calm and patient. An Au Pair who likes to cook would be nice because our children love all types of different foods. We eat healthy meals and our children are very healthy because of it.
We have had a live in Nanny in the past and the children enjoyed their time with her. We will treat an Au Pair that lives with us like one of our family members. Time off is important and we understand that. There are many outdoor activities to do in Alaska. Hiking, boating, nature walks, sports, theater, animal watching and sight seeing are just some of the things to do in the summer and fall here in Alaska. Skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, ice fishing and going to the movies are things that can be done in the winter.
