Funny, easy going, happy family, creative bunch, music, dogs, piano and a Costume Designer Mama!

We live in Laguna Beach, two blocks from the ocean, we have three dogs, a Standard poodle and a Whoodle which is a Wheaton Poodle mix and a Sheepadoodle puppy, . I am a single mother, although in a very happy relationship with my boyfriend who lives nearby with his family, his kids are grown. I am a costume designer, and my work is mainly in Los Angeles, I zip back and forth when needed. I am freelance, so I don't work every day.
My children are pretty normal, funny, happy, close to one another, and argue with each other, too because girls hate boys, right? . As a bonus right next door to us live their best friends. I am a successful costume designer, English but have lived in the US for over twenty years, I am a happy person and so are my children. We are a pretty laid back bunch - Sunday morning involves piles of newspapers and endless cups of tea for the adults and Ipad central for children. My son is obsessed with skim boarding, boogie boarding and his computer :( and my daughter is a budding cosmetologist chemist, internet broadcaster.
We need someone happy, funny, smart, open-minded, liberal politically would probably help.
We have a fun life, and all our previous au pairs are still family to us.

I have had au pairs from within the US, too. They loved it here, both came from Indiana and found Laguna Beach actually quite exotic!
The beach is two blocks away, and Laguna is a truly beautiful small town, sixty miles south of LA. You can hike to your hearts content, swim, surf, stand up paddle board, kayak.
Year round we are outside hanging on the beach or our deck, come and join us.
