Italian family with a smart five year old girl, a happy little boy and a gorgeous baby girl

We are looking for an English native speaker nanny/au pair for our children: our daughter is four years old, our son is two years old and our little one is 6 months. She must have some experience with young children and know how to involve the kids in activities to entertain them and improve their English. Our daughter will be attending the pre-school from 8 until 4, our son will attend nursery from 8 until 4 while our little daughter will stay at home. I will be working part time (just few mornings during the week) so I will spend lots of time at home as well.

We have already hosted three au pairs one from America for three months and the other from England for almost two years and a German girl who stayed with us for almost 6 months. Kelly our second au pair lives in Italy not far from our house. She will still be close by and visit often so can offer help and advice to the new au pair. Kelly is helping us with the children at the moment and she has become a member of our family. We are in contact with our au pairs who are always welcome to come and visit us.

We live in the city of Modena in the centre of Italy although we are both from different regions originally. I'm an English teacher and my husband is an engineer. The au pair will have weekends off and can travel during their time off. We can suggest some good places to visit. Our house has a ground floor with kitchen and living spaces, first floor bedrooms and bathrooms and second floor with the au pair's bedroom, bathroom and children's playroom. We also have a big garden beside the house for the children to play in. This year we also bought a swimming pool where children can play in summer when the temperature is really high.
