Au pair needed by a family with 2 boys, native English speaker with experience in teaching, sports

We are a famillly with 2 children, boys 15, 17 and we live in Slovenia. At the moment we urgently need an au pair, who would help us to teach our youngest child English. We are looking for a native English speaker with maybe some experience as a school teacher or tutoring.
It would be excellent if the au pair likes or plays basketball.
