We have a full time housekeeper for the home, but picking up behind 4-year-old, Niecy, and maintaining her room would be your responsibility. Also, maintaining Niecy's schedule, developing programs/activities when not in school, preparing nutritional meals for family when Niecy is in the home. Niecy currently attends pre-school, and will be in kindergarten in August. She is at my home 3 - 4 days per week, so you have lots time to pursue activities of your choice. Some of the benefits include automobile for your use, swimming pool with lap lane. We live very close to a premier university so you can take advantage of all it has to offer.
Your room is very private with bedroom/bath and adjoing sitting/game area. It is very much apartment like and isolated from the rest of the house to maintain your privacy.
