Get along with babies, toddlers and children, know how to react with them and how to solve the problems or deal with some urgent situation the caregiver might encounter. Native Chinese speaker and speak fluently English, kids can learn Mandarin easily and naturally in bilingual environment. Pay close attention on children's safety and healthy, attach great importance to children's physical and mental development and psychological condition. Believe that people learn and understand knowledge and thoughts of life from the most common life experience.
