My name is Pierina Michell Ludeña Tamayo, I am 26 years old, I was born on October 12, 1998. I grew up in a very close and loving family for which I am very grateful, they have always taught me good manners and to be very respectful to others. I entered the Au Pair program to be able to fulfill many purposes in life and one of them is to deepen more responsibility outside the comfort zone, besides I like taking care of children and I have always wanted to know the European culture closely.

My name is Pierina, I am 26 years old and I come from Ecuador. I have always enjoyed working with children and creating a positive environment for them, and I have over 300 hours of childcare experience with kids of different ages. I am patient, responsible and caring, which helps me connect with children easily. I love doing creative activities such as crafts, painting and drawing, because they allow children to explore their imagination while having fun. I also enjoy helping with homework, supporting their learning process, and teaching values like respect, kindness and responsibility through daily routines. I am comfortable organizing playtime, indoor and outdoor games, and creative workshops, as well as helping with cooking simple meals and keeping things tidy. I speak English and Spanish and would be happy to share my language with your children while learning about yours. Learning about new cultures excites me, and I see the au pair experience as a wonderful exchange of traditions, stories and ways of living. I am flexible and open-minded, which helps me adapt to new situations quickly, and my family and friends describe me as warm, reliable and cheerful. In my free time I enjoy drawing, reading, spending time outdoors, discovering new places and trying different types of food.
